Ordering your Story Album is simple. Choose your preferred album, select the available options, and follow the ordering process on our website. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the process of sharing your photos with us.

Availability may vary depending on the album collection.
For our standard Albums, our production time is approximately 5 working days after we receive your order and payment.
For Custom Albums, there is no fixed production timeline. The timeline depends on factors such as the design process, client approvals, finalisation of the artwork, and the production stage. We only proceed to printing after receiving the client’s final approval.
Once production is complete, delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 business days, depending on your location and our logistics partners. Delivery may occasionally take longer during festive seasons or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
If you choose a Leather or Suede Cover, the timeline may be slightly longer depending on the availability of the selected material. If there is any significant delay, our team will keep you informed.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the relevant tracking details, so you can easily follow your delivery.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets, so you can pay whichever way is most convenient for you.
Because our albums are personalised products created specifically using your photographs, returns and cancellations may be subject to specific conditions.
Since each album is personalised and produced specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind after production has started.
